Randy has thirty years of technology and financial services leadership, consulting and executive management experience transforming businesses and achieving superior results. Prior to joining SeeEverything he was EVP of Kiran Analytics, a predictive analytics and software company serving retail banks globally. During his tenure he played a critical role in leading this early stage company to global dominance in branch workforce management culminating in the sale of the company to Verint Systems where Randy also served as EVP.

Randy’s previous experience includes completing the successful turnaround of a middle market printing and communications company, leading global operations of Cohen Brown Management Group, and having a highly successful sales leadership career at Harland Clarke. Prior to beginning his civilian career, Randy served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps. He graduated from the University of Illinois with dual concentrations in mathematics and history.

Dave is a founding member of the SeeEverything engineering team and a seasoned technical leader with 25 years of professional experience building enterprise software products. He leads a team of world-class engineers who are passionate about using their technical expertise to provide elegant solutions to our clients’ business problems.

Dave holds a degree in Computer Science, has co-authored two books on software development and has delivered seminars to universities and specialist groups. He has presented at international conferences run by global industry players including Microsoft and IBM.

Kerim Tumay has over thirty years of leadership experience in the marketing and product management of analytics-driven enterprise software solutions. He has played a key role in accelerating the growth of several software product companies through superior customer engagement and thought leadership.

Kerim holds a masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University. He is the author of various proprietary market research projects on branch transformation, workforce optimization, simulation modeling, and advanced analytics.

Philip Wroblewski

PHILIP WROBLEWSKI

Philip has extensive experience in fintech software design and delivery. He heads the SeeEverything product team, who have a passion for finding the best solutions for client needs and a strong user focus.

He has previously managed portfolios of mobile/online banking projects for US, UK and Asia Pacific clients. His earlier career included management consulting and project management experience in London. He has a conjoint (hons.) degree in software engineering and finance.

Simon Lewis

Director of Client Services

Simon has deep experience leading financial services technology projects for banks, credit unions and other financial services providers both domestically and globally. He leads the Client Services team who focus on the delivery, configuration and support of our solutions for our clients and ensure they have the tools and support to meet their business goals.

Simon holds a post-graduate qualification in Information Science, and a Master of Arts degree in History (1st Class Hons).
