Current coaching solutions are not delivering business performance improvement
The ability to capture and track on-going coaching interactions and to link those actions to business performance improvement are critical requirements for an enterprise coaching solutions. Over 50% of bankers who participated in SeeEverything's research study said their existing coaching solution is unable to link coaching interaction data to business performance improvement.
The data from coaching interactions need to be captured and the analytics-driven insights need to be shared with managers and leaders across the enterprise for all front-line activities. Only 23% percent capture and share data across the organization - for all teams, markets, and regions. Only 16% collect and share data for all frontline activities. And, only 10% do it in real time.
In summary, existing coaching solutions are not moving the needle when it comes to improving employee engagement and driving outstanding CX and growth.
