There are four key customer activities where visibility into customer-banker interactions can improve employee engagement which would consequently improve customer experience and sales performance.

In the 2022 SeeEverything study for improving employee engagement, surveyed banking leaders ranked “deepening existing relationships” as the one activity that would most benefit from better visibility. The other key activities included business development, onboarding new customers, and complex issue resolution.
